ResumeQueueEntry

The hold status of the queue entry specified by QueueEntryDef is removed. A QueueEntry with Status = 'Held' gets a Status of 'Waiting'. A QueueEntry with Status = 'Suspended' gets a Status of 'Running'. (Source: JDF Spec 1.4a)
